Severe pain in upper left abdoman just below the rib cage.

I have been in the emergency room twice. Admitted to the hospital once. Have seen my surgeon on numerous occassions with no diagnosis. I have had 2 Upper GI's, 2 CT Scans, EGD Scope. What could it be? any ideas?
