Suggestion: a ranking like ebay for clothing exchange

There are currently three posts on the clothing exchange warning people about sending money. Let's face it we all get burned from time to time. However if a person is on here to scam money from innocent people thinking they are going to get cheap clothers then we need to let others know. Can we set up a feedback rating system to alert people of good and bad transactions. I for one have an ebay account and would let someone read my feedback if they wanted to be reassured. Just something to ponder.
