Need to find surgeon in Bangkok Thailand

I'm a US Citizen living in Thailand and want to find a physician who performs this surgery there. Anyone who can help, please let me know. Obesity is not a problem for Thais so it's a bit difficult, but as most Thai MDs have extensive post-doctoral training in the US or UK, I may find one with help. Plus the care and cost there are just miniscule compared to the US. And the quality of care and of the MDs is amazingly high. Help!
