Much thanks to all whom answered my question on on 2 insurances.

I call the state dept of insurance and recieve lots of good advice for the state of Oklahoma. I am still having trouble with Aetna answering my appeal. I intend to complain loudly to the state board of insurance when all is done. Tomorrow I receive my date for the big surgery. Thanks for this site all who share advice.
