Who accepts Medi-Cal?

hey, I live in Merced Cali, and ive searched around for someone who accepts Medi-Cal and i can't find anyone. I called a Manteca office and they transfered me to some guy who took my information and said they would send paperwork...Well that was a month ago and he said it would be here in a week after he had gotten my info. Ive called many of the doctor offices on the surgeon list, such as Fresno...They all said they either don't do it or they don't accept Medi-Cal. Please help! Thanx!
