I did not dump on a Glucose Tolerance Test- 75g of sugar! Why?

I took a Glucose Tolerance Test this morning and had no dumping symptoms at all. I am not transected. I sometimes hear gurgling in my lower stomach. Could it be because of a staple line disruption? I am 12 months out, and recently Diagnosed with PCOS.
