Infection after hernia repair?

My hernia repair was 3 and 1/2 weeks ago and a week ago I noticed redness over the incision line followed by soreness and increasing redness. Took 7 days of an antibiotic with no improvement and worsening of symptoms. No temp over 100.3. Inside feels sore and burning. Help!
