Can anyone tell me if all the Tylenol products are okay for us posties to take?

I woke up this morning with a scratchy throat and I'm well aware of what this means. Within the next couple days I'll have a full-blown cold, runny nose, coughing, sore throat. Just wanted to make sure that all the Tylenol Cold/Flu products are safe for us to take. (this will be my first post-op cold) I know to check the ingredients label for sugar, but has anyone had a bad reaction to cold medicine without sugar? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
