I had Hep Non A Non B in 1986 Is this a disqualification for the Roux N Y?

I don't know anything about Hep C. I do know that I have had every blood test known to man and I am constanly supervised by Dr.'s and I have not had one of them say anything about this Problem. Except for one physician in 1996 that said I had it, it's gone and not active what ever that means.I am planning on my surgery Hapenning and nothing else.
