HAS ANYONE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE??????

I got a call from Cigna saying I was approved and very excited about it because this was my first appeal. I was told after calling the surgeon's office that they put a hold on Cigna Insurance 2 weeks ago because they weren't reimbursing them for the surgeries which I understand but I have been told that my surgeon would do my surgery and that I have been through all the requirements that he told me to do. I was told if it doesn't get resolved before my scheduled surgery date which is in Oct. he can't do my surgery. What should I do? I have only 90 days for the approval to be valid.
