i just had 2 tacos

i had surgery on may 9th and i just had 2 tacos for supper a i really think i could of had another one. but i hadent had anything to eat all day. it is like if i eat something that dont make me sick i can eat a lot of it, but if i cant eat it then i get sick and puke. suger does nothing to me i can eat it.
