Anyone use Isotonix vitamins?

I am waiting for my new surgery date and just spent over $100 on vitamins. Has anyone used Isotonix and if so, are they OK for what we will need post-op? I feel kind of stupid buying these before I really checked them out-but they came highly recommended from a friend (she has NOT had WLS). I purchased the multi-vitamin, B-12, and Calcium. Please tell me that I didn't waste my money!
