Help with stopping to snack

I have lost 103 lbs in my first year. I haven't lost anything though in the last 3 months because I feel that I am snacking to much on popcorn, crackers, peanut butter, pretzels. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a handle on this? I stay active all the time but the minute I stop I start reaching. I started taking Dexatrim at work and that has helped.
