What kind of protein bars are safe to eat and also taste good?

I am trying to prepare myself for my after surgery needs so I won't have to think of this stuff later on...I need to know what protein drink tastes best, protein bars? And where do I go to get sublingual B12?? Thanks for any help with post- op vitamin/nutritional needs...
