Has anyone had any luck in hiring an atorney to have an exclusion over turned

I have blue cross blue shield of MO. Alliance and they have an exclusion policy and I would like to know if anyone has ever had any luck with the Obesity Law and Advocacy Centers lawyers. I need this surgery and have tried every angle even tried to see If I could get state medicaid and that hasn't worked so I could use advice from someone that has gone to this drastic measure.......thank you!
