I have recently moved to the Worcester Ma. area. I have found a surgeon

the only problem is my PCP is still in the boston area, so my Ins co. will not let my surgeon do my surgery because he is out of "network". I dont want to switch PCPs I have blue cross, anyone have this problem? They want me to goto a boston Hosp, with a waiting list of over a year. Anyone have any suggestions?
