Is Sweet n Low or Nutra Sweet OK?

I have read many entries about using splenda and so forth, but I was wondering, is sweet n low and nutra sweet not recommended, since I never see it listed as one of those used post op. My surgery is in 5 days and would really like some suggestions as to what to buy now. Also, anything else you would recommend for post op diet would be greatly appreciated. TY
