CS rep says it's covered w/ MO code, though I was denied 2X for DS

When working on the DS approval, BCBS used every day of their time frame before telling me "no", (stalling?), so since I was told over the phone that RNY "is a covered proceedure"(I love you, April at BCBS!), can I hope to get approval immediatedly? Or will I be waiting by the phone forever once again?
