Has anyone been approved through ND medical assistance and if so did it take long?

I just received a letter stating i am elegible for medical assistance (north dakota) and was wondering if anyone out here has been approved for wls through this and if so did it take long and did you have to fight for it? right now i am only approved for the month of july and don't know how long my elgibility will last. thanks.
