I have painful gas and feels like the puoch is broken?

I can't sleep right now, and all day I have felt nothing but pain in my stomach. I've been burping and passing gas all day, it is very painful and won't stop I have had nothing but liquids today hoping it will ease, it hurts so much that I worry that my pouch is broken. Can anyone help? Also, I'm 12 days post-op and had a RNY. Thanks, Deya.
