Can anyone give info. on self pays and prices in or around Maryland?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could PLEASE give me some info on self-pays in or around the state of Maryland. I just need to know the total price, how you paid and was there financing availible? I just am at the ends of my rope! I just about ready to give up hope. Thanks again Angel
