Has any one permanetly stopped losing weight at 6 months post-op?
I am almost 6 months post-op. I have lost 60 pounds so far. It has been very slow for me. I was 260 pre-op and I am now 198-200. I have been stuck at this weight for almost 2 months. I get at least 70 Grams of protein every day with supplements, I almost never eat over 1000 calories, and I try to drink all of my water. What am I doing wrong? Should I consider asking my surgeon for a revision? I am happy with the 60 pounds that I lost but I feel like I am doing something wrong. I can eat a lot. It is not a lot by "normal" people's standards. But, it is definitly more than one or two bites like I read others say they eat. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
