Has anyone been successful in using their Attorney General to get approval?

Hello my name is Angela Michael and I have been trying to get an approval from United Healthcare choice plus POS and have been denied. I have been told that the attorney general has been successful in turning over denials. I was just wondering if anyone has used this method for an approval before and what was the outcome?
