WHAT COULD BE CAUSING Headaches

I am getting alot of headaches these past couple of weeks. Mostly at night. I am 6 months post op. Could this have anything to do with something lacking in my body i.e vitamin or potassium or anything else. I am also getting grouchy alot which could be from lack of my B12 even though I give myself my shot once a month. Any suggestions?
