Where should I have them sen?

I am trying to get everything together in advance, and I wondered if I should have my requested recordes sent to my PCP or wait until I see the surgeon and have them sent there instead. I had my mouth wired in 1988, and I was on the Phen-fen combination in 1996. Both were different doctors from my current PCP, and my current doctor doesn't have that information. I want to be prepared. Thanks for any information you may have. Becky Buchholz
