How Come All the WLS Doctors aren't Listed by State?

How Come All the WLS Doctors aren't Listed by State, but yet you do see them on a answer board. For instance if you look under NJ you don't see Dr. Andre but you do see his associate. Then I have seen Dr. Silvestri's name mentioned on the answer boards, but when you look under NJ he is not there? Is there anyway that people can add a doc to the state listing if they have used him or her?
