Can anyone recommend a Kaiser PCP that will refer you for WLS.

I am specifically interested in finding one in the San Jose/Santa Clara/Fremont or Redwood City area. I don't have a primary physician picked out for myself and would like a recommendation from someone who has been there. I meet the criteria I believe, my BMI is 45, and I suffer from hypertension and joint pain. Please HELP!
