Aetna/ppo is opportunity to change from bcbs w/xclusion a good choice?

I have the opportunity to change during employment change and open enroolment, figured i would just call cust service with the right group number and ask if there were specifiec conditions under which the approve wls, and ask them to share the info. Or do they not respond to the direct approach??? Will share my findings.
