laparoscopic adjustable silicone gastric banding

I am considering having this type of surgery in Mexico since they dont allow it in the states just yet. I would like to here from other people who have had this type of surgery, there weight loss, complications and any other info they can give me. My Dr. is part of the ILOST team.
