Can anyone recommend an over the counter cold medication we can take?

For past 3 days, I am sneezing, have extemely itchy eyes and a runny nose that wont quit! It makes it extremely hard to sleep at nite. And my job is being on the phone for 8 hrs (which is very hard to do with having to blow my nose all the time!) Have tried Tyelnol cold, sudafed 12hr and my primary md has even given me the z-pack antobiotics thinking it was possibly bacterial (which is not even touching it). Any suggestions <before I run out of kleenex--lol> would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
