Revision/Cigna/Approval/Problems

Hi there! I just had a meeting with my doctor and we both talked a long time about what to do with me (smile). I am vomiting almost daily and have started getting getting sores in my mouth. I had the SVBG done 1.5 years ago and I started out at 235. I got down to 145 and am now back up to 191 (gasp). We are going to ask Cigna for a revision (correction) to my SVBG to a RNY. Anyone else delt with Cigna? I got them to approve my first WLS without a problem (well stalling and such) but my insurance went from an EPO to an HMO and I know they have become harder on WLS. Any tips and or advise? What to expect after RNY from a revision? Thanks and God Bless, Nicole
