HELP!!!!!! Im gaining my weight back!!!

I am almost 2 yrs post op and i have gained 13 lbs back! i started at 320 got down to 180 and now im 193. Im thinking about joining weight watchers just for support and accountability. Is there anyone in my situation. Has anyone lost weight so far out? I want to lose 30lbs.
