A question for Dr. John LoMonaco, M.D.,P.A....

Dr. LoMonaco, Thank-you so much for answering my question I posted on this board a few days ago. I was wondering, though, what is "visible scarring"? I don't see any scars on my skin since lipo scars are so tiny, but I thought all the scar tissue is underneath the skin. I do have some skin dimpling/uneveness. Can you tell me how my end result from skin removal/lower body lift would be different from someone who never had lipo before? Thanks much.
