I hope this questions makes sense.. regarding protein and dumping
Hypothetically speaking: You decide you want some chinese food. Example Teriaki Chicken. Protein, but the sauce is sweet and/or sugary. You eat it, and dump. You run to the bathroom, because dumping makes you have go GO! So basically what you just ate went right through you. (end of scenerio) Would you still be able to count the protein? I know if you vomit, you can't count what you lose. What about the other way? Just curious. I don't know from personal experience.
