How much water can I drink at a time?

I have spent most of the past 15 months (since surgery date) only drinking two bottles of water a day - which amounts to about 32 oz. I KNOW that's not enough but I was a little scared to drink too much and also try to get enough food in each day. This past week, I have upped that amount to 4-5 bottles a day and have started losing weight again. Now, my question is this... how do I know I'm not stretching out my pouch with this much water? I definitely DO NOT want that to happen! I have been so afraid of doing that all along and after this much time, and 77 lbs lost, I don't want that. So how do I know how much water to drink and how much per hour, etc? Please help. I've come this far, and I only have 19 lbs to my goal and don't want anything to jeopardize that. (Started at 206.6; now weigh 129.4 @ 15 mos. out) Thanks for all the responses I can get here. -- Pam
