I was wondering what peoples experience with Oxfordhealth USA is?

My husband has a chance to change insurance companies to Oxford. Because we live out of the Tri-State area it will be Oxford USA. I am not familar with that and have not been able to find a lot of information. Thanks in advance for any assistance
