am i to young to have a tummy tuck?

I really want a tummy tuck, i am 11 1/2 months post-op. i have lost about 120 lbs i am not to goal yet. I still need to lose 50lbs but im not sure that i can do that. I am 23 yrs old married and have not had children yet. Does a tummy tuck sound practicle for someone in my situation.
