Anyone had Bell's Palsy and have the surgery?

I was just recently diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. My surgery is scheduled for Dec. 4th. I'm scared to death! I've only had Bell's for 2 days, but I'm trying to get a bigger picture. Even if you know of someone having Bell's Palsy, I would love to hear from you even if they didn't have the surgery! Thank you and God Bless! Beth
