I was wondering if anyone has group insurance service(GISC)

My husband is now eligible for insurance through his job and they have GISC or group insurance service. I was wondering if anyone had any information on there policy for approval. I am thinking of switching because I cannot get Cigna to approve my surgery. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
