I'm 2.5 months post-op, and I've felt GREAT for the first....

two months. I've had tons of energy, enjoyed running up the stairs in my home, did ALL of my chores, etc. I've also now lost 52 lbs. The issue is, for the past two weeks or so my energy level has significantly DROPPED. I feel like I've been horsewhiped! It all started with a body ache, and since, I can barely make it home before I'm crawling in the bed. I am sleeping 8-10 hours per night, and still feel no better. I WANT to exercise, but simply have no energy to even water the flowers, much less get on the treadmill....could I be suffering from a B12 deficiency this much out, or perhaps I'm dehydrated. I drink, drink, drink all of the time, or at least I try.....any help is appreciated! Robin
