Is There anyone out there who was pre op 38-40BMI...?

Who would be willing to share their experience. I am 5'6 236lbs and have a bmi of 38.2. I am looking to chat with someone that had close to those stats or 100-110 lbs to lose. I am just wanting to know what to expect regarding different aspects of losing that amount of weight to sagging skin, post op diet etc. Thanks so much, and hope to hear from someone willing to listen to concerns and questions.
