will mihealth cover WLS?

Hello! I live in southeastern Michigan; Southgate (Wayne county) to be exact, and I'm wondering if mihealth medicaid through Michigan dept. of Community Health) would cover Lap RNY? I am 5'8" with a BMI of 45-47, deending on who's bmi chart I use. I also have 2 or three comorbidities. [email protected] or [email protected] thank you
