Are sugar-free breath savers okay?

Since I don't have anything to drink with my meals, but I still want something to wash away the food taste... I usually have a spearmint sugar-free breath saver and it works great! Or sometimes, if I just want to nibble something, I'll have one then too. My question is this - sometimes I may have 4 or 5 of these in a day. Is this okay?
