Seeking A with calcium & magnesium, palatable and absorbed

I saw the other posts on calcium supplements. My concern is getting in the magnesium as well. And making sure it's absorbed. Are we sure that gel caps can be absorbed? (I keep hearing different answers from different docs.) I feel I really need the magnesium component b/c they say women don't get enough anyway and my nerves are a wreck (one of the symptoms of deficiency). To top this all off, I am really weird about tastes now, being post op and if it tastes bad, I won't be able to get it down. (And I only want citrate, I don't trust any others.) Thanks for any help!
