Which doctor in Louisville, KY should I use?

It seems like every time I research a doctor and feel confident that he is the one I really want to use, something happens. Either he isn't taking any new patients or he has moved his practice. Can anyone help me out here? My insurance is Medicare, so he would have to accept that. I live in Paducah, KY and the only reason I chose Louisvelle is that seems to be the closest bariatrics to my home. Any suggestions will be VERY MUCH appreciated. Thanks.
