looking for a WLS friendly PCP in Delaware County, PA

My sister and I are trying to pursue WLS and both are looking for a pcp who is WLS supporter. We both live in the delaware county area of Pennsylvania. My sister has keystone health plan East insurance and I have medicare and keystone mercy health plan. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.
