Help I need transportation from San Diego airport to enscenda Mexico

Any information you have would be great I have looked for trolley and rental cars but you can not take across the border. I leave for surgery on the 9th of April time is running out. p.s. I don't have $300 to spend per person one way. thanks guys and God bless
