Has anyone ever used Cosmetic Fee Plan Finance Co.?

I submitted an application on Tuesday and still have not heard from them. I am trying to use DR. Lutrell in Little Rock AR. and that is the company they use. I was a little confused because it is for cosmetic surgery and do not feel that this surgery is cosmetic and comments or your own experience would be great. Thank you, and God Bless everyone
