when you pay the 20% co-pay for medicare, do they give the money back?

I have medicare and medicaid insurance. If I have to pay a co-pay, will they give it back to me? I thought I had read that here somewhere on the message board or something, anyways, I need to pay about $35oo and would really like to get it back if at all posssible...lol
