I thought as long as the Surgeon was in Network, Ins would pay.

i thought as long as my surgeon was in network that my ins would pay, but i saw another posting on this website the other day from a lady that has the same ins that i have (CHA) and she said that just because the Dr. was in the network, that dosent mean that they will pay. all my ins will tell me at this point is that they need more info from the Surgeon. has any one out there dealt with (CHA)? and what was your results? i would appreciate any info on this.
